3rd meeting- 1 minute music video

Today me, Elsie and Tammy started filming some of the ideas that we had for our 1 minute music video. During this we used a tripod, DLSR and a pop up green screen. We filmed parts which included Elsie lip syncing and made sure that we played the music in the background on a phone so as we knew that what we were doing was going to be in time.

During this we also managed to filmed some volunteers hands clapping to the beat, this included myself, Tammy's, Alex Hunter's (a person from another group) and Mr Welch.
Music was played in the background for this as well to make sure it matched the clapping on the track (this follows one of Pete Fraser's nine top steps to success making a music video for A level).
For the lyrics "come on" at the beginning of the song we tried to do an extreme close up of Elsie's mouth miming but the shot was blurry and didn't come out how we wanted it to, therefore we decided to do a mid shot (in editing we may zoom in).

Myself and Josie did some practice shots earlier on (which I posted about) using a clone effect. (We may use this in a segment of the chorus. However, Josie is no longer in our group).

Here is the video of all the shots so far which I edited in movie maker, although this is very different to how the finished product will look because I did this quickly to get ideas, so the lip syncing and some clapping shots are not exactly in time.
